Beautiful home in a very central location. I was able to walk to all the main attractions, which made exploring St. Augustine really easy and convenient. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and everything was great overall. I would recommend staying here.

Chef Mark is a gem! His breakfast was fabulous: quality ingredients, amazing choices, attentive service. He also went out of his way to get me a parking pass prior to check-in. It's worth staying here just because of Chef Mike and his breakfast. The rooms were basic but had a mini-fridge. The facilities were generally clean but there were notable maintenance issues, such as broken bathroom blinds. All that being said, however, the property is in the process of being renovated and I am confident these issues will be resolved in the near future. Because of this, we will likely return.

Highly recommend this inn! Perfect location, delicious breakfast, and outstanding staff who were genuinely kind and accommodating. The included parking was very convenient, with the lot located just a short distance from the inn. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Amazing location!! One block off St. George Street, in the heart of everything. Everybody there was super nice.! The food in the morning was very good!!! And the bed, the bed was fantastic! I wish I had found out what kind of mattress out was. Would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to historic district and Right across the street from Columbia restaurant. The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was clean. Our room had a private entrance right to the street so it was very convenient to get in and out. The breakfast was made to order and delicious! The outdoor patio where break was served was quaint and private and the gentleman that cooked for us was incredibly kind and accommodating. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Love this place …. Quant, simple very clean. It’s right in the middle of everything so very convenient for exploring and walking around. It has changed ownership in the last week so there were a few little things like we had a hard time getting in our room with the lock system but everything else was great they have a homemade breakfast and the woman that does the cooking is an amazing chef, the food was outstanding. She is great. The beds are comfy.

Enjoyed our 1 nite stay. Pulled up to the inn,checked in, dropped bags then drove to the parking lot 1 short blk away. Room had spa tub & a comfy bed..great location for on foot sight-seeing. Breakfast was fabulous as was the location. Easy 5 minutes or less walk to a lot of attractions. Nice welcome email with door codes and WiFi password. The front door code wasn’t working so I could not access the interior of the building. I called the number on the front door and Kim talked me thru an alternate way to access my room. It was fixed by the night before I checked out. The B and B was recently purchased by new owners who I’m sure are working out some stuff. I would stay here again. Nice staff and other guests.

From the moment I stepped into the office, Ryan greeted me, got me registered and into my room very efficiently. He was very good with directions and suggestions in the area. The room was great! Very clean, the bed was comfortable and perfect for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding!!!! Highly recommend the Inn, will definitely be back.
