Very nice room. Very freindly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and evening meal menu.

The Bad: The hotel failed to reply to multiple Expedia messages regarding a ferry terminal pickup. Communication is paramount. Because of this silence, my wife and I had to walk half a mile at 9:40 PM from the furthest pier, tired and carrying heavy luggage in an unfamiliar city. The Good: The hotel's recovery was outstanding. The next day, Magda the manager was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to fix the reception lapse. She provided several complimentary drinks and paid for our airport taxi upon checkout. The Property: The hotel itself is excellent. We enjoyed beautiful sea views, a very comfortable bed, and a great breakfast. Giannis at the rooftop bar deserves a special mention for his superb, 10/10 customer service. Location: Perfectly situated. It is highly convenient for the ferries, city centre, and airport, with great bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We would definitely stay here again.

Amaizing Hotel, I’ve been here in 2022 also, staff very professional and friendly, Hotel is one of the best Hotels in Thessalonikhi area. If you stay here you won’t regret it.
