Laura checked us in and she was amazing & super helpful! Bed was comfy & location was good. Bit of a maze getting to/from carpark, reception and out and needed key to get in/out of all doors but otherwise great place to stay.

All areas of the accommodation were clean, the only problem we had was the door to the outside area was broken and we could not access this, which was a pity as it would have been nice to sit outside as the weather was excellent. Everything else down to the staff was great, a super place to stay, although it was impossible to get Uber or a Taxi into town, luckily we had a friend who lived in town and he rescued us, there is a bus which goes into town 6minutes past the hour outside the apartments.

The staff who looked after us were pleasant. The rooms were clean enough—there was a bit of dirt in the tight corners of the bathroom, but nothing to complain about. However, the A/C unit in the room was poorly positioned relative to the sofa. The only thing missing was a pool, given how incredibly hot it was while we were there.

Well appointed accommodation, good quality fittings and comfortable bed , annoying issue with toilet that did not flush , changed room new room had no crockery , TV was not working, changed batteries next day all ok. Simple housekeeping issues clearly not supervised. Easy to fix though , breakfast highly priced, found good breakfast nearby at almost 40 % less. Shop around

For St Andrews this is a clean, modern and convenient space with an excellent amount of space. Highly recommend. Nice walk into town and quiet during my stay but there is a younger student crowd there which is refreshing but might be challenging based on location. It does seem they try to keep the younger and older visitors spaced apart.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment for 6 nights. It was a nice large space with a separated kitchen and living space with dining table and a second couch. Shower had nice hot water and good pressure. Fabulous gym on the property called Salt that has classes and open gym options (not included in stay cost, but super convenient location and welcoming staff there). We rented bikes so getting around was not an issue, short 1-1.5 mile ride to downtown area.

It's very new, so clean. Impressed this old guy as "too funky" at first, but I ended up liking it a lot. Our room (which was actually an efficiency suite) was awesome with a common room, and a "patio". It would be about a mile(and uninspiring) walk into the center of town, but an easy and quick drive there and to the golf course. Excellent amenities. The "wee store" was really nice to have and shockingly reasonably priced. The signage for directing you to lobby, check-in and parking is confusing at best, but parking was great once you figure it out.

The Space To Stay Aparthotel exceeded every expectation! The check-in was easy and the staff were very pleasant. The room was very clean and newly remodeled. We particularly enjoyed the kitchenette with stove and refrigerator and glass doors that opened to an outside patio space. Laundry facilities were available, but we didn't use them. It was a little walk to shopping and the aquarium, but bus and taxi were also options if walking is not your preference. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm visiting St. Andrews and will recommend it to friends and family. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Great set up for travelling with friends, as each bedroom was connected to a main living space, but private entries to the sleeping areas from the halls. full kitchens, comfortable beds. Great residential type neighborhood that was still close to everything St Andrews has to offer.

This was exactly what I was looking for—affordable accommodations, spacious, good natural light, and laundry capabilities. I wish I had a chance to use the gym. I had been traveling in Ireland, England, and Scotland and I found places in this price range were usually tiny rooms with equally tiny bathrooms and sometimes without a window. This felt luxuriously large compared to some of those places. I love the desk and sitting space and the ability to open the patio doors for cool, fresh air. What was important to me was being able to do laundry because I was down to my last outfit. I had to download an app but after that it was easy to pay and the app would tell me when my laundry was about to be done and finished. Because it was August and students were out of school, I was able to park anywhere. It was nice to park right outside the building instead of in Car Park 1, as instructed per check in procedures. I really like the thoughtful design of the room. I like the bed nook with light switches. My only complaints is that while the room was clean, there were dust bunnies and the shower didn’t drain. I found out late and didn’t bring it up until the next day. They were going to send up maintenance but I wanted to be around. They said I could come back and that maintenance would be around until 4:30 pm. I came back at 2:00 pm and let the front desk know. Maintenance never came by. Despite these issues, I would definitely return. Hopefully to a room with no issues.

There is not much accommodation in St Andrews which is reasonably priced. This place was compact yet very practical with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. It is slightly further out from town but still walking distance and 24 hour reception with very helpful, friendly staff

As nice as the rooms are and clean it’s basically modern student accommodation in the middle of a housing scheme far away for anything least 5 min drive away. Felt like walking onto a modern high school campus to stay the night and overlooking a building site of further accommodation. Immediately checked out and lost moneys paid.
