The room was great and cosy, the restaurants, bars and lounge areas are so comfortable and well maintained. The spa is to live for, great swimming pool, sauna and steam, the relaxation room is the best, silent scented and cosy. I’ll definitely come back!

The hotel and rooms are beautiful!! However the service at breakfast was terrible. Waited over three quarters of an hour just to get a pot of tea, despite numerous requests. This happened on both mornings of our stay and therefore ruined our experience. Attended the Friday BBQ but unfortunately the food was cold. Would have been so much better self service! Despite this staff were very polite and friendly - it was just VERY slow

All staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Food was fantastic in both restaurants! Beds were really clean and very comfortable. A real tonic that my husband and I needed!

Perfect getaway experience

Room clean and comfortable. Staff all polite and helpful. We had allergies and found the staff were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make eating out an easy and enjoyable experience. And of course the food was delicious and of an extremely high standard .

Nice hotel but overpriced. Newly refurbed room was very tasteful and comfortable but bathroom was tiny. Cream tea was overpriced, poor quality cakes.

The staff and overall facilities were excellent. The team on reception couldn't do enough to help. We also left some clothes at the hotel and they forwarded these to us by courier a few days later. Amazing service.
