“The apartment is overpriced as the furniture and general decor is very basic. Although inside the apartment was clean when we arrived, the balcony was dirty and we were advised it would be cleaned the next day. By day 4, I had to ask 4 times for the balcony to be cleaned as well as a room clean as we had no cleaning service up until that point (not even fresh towels).”

“Buenas relacion calidad - precio. Muy bien la piscina tipo Infinity pool en la planta alta. Habitación muy limpia, con cuarto de baño completo y perfecto. Vistas espectaculares y cama cómoda. Smart TV y nevera. servicio de habitaciones. No está en el centro de Kandy, pero llegas allí en tuk tuk por 300 rupias (- 1€). El trato del personal muy bueno, serviciales y colaboradores en todo momento. Un 10 en su categoría. ¡¡¡Ojo con dejar la ventana del balcón abierta!!! Por las mañanas os...

“The apartment was tired and broken, the walls dirty, kitchen draws broken, bed uncomfortable, no kettle, the bathroom was peeling, no alcohol permitted on the premises!! Beetles in the bathroom at night, we checked out a night early as the place was so depressing - I cannot understand how it has got such good reviews ”

“A nice hidden spot near the railway station with fleeting views of the beach, friendly staff and access to the gym next door. It’s a reasonable walk to Turtle Bay, but the main restaurants/bars are approximately 15 min walk away. BUT, a Tuktuk is like £1 (GBP) so very reasonable. A great stay overall.”

“Great location, next to Park Street Mews (Street lf entertainment- Restaurants, Bars), 3mins walk to Aprico Supercentre and some tourist attractions within walking distances. Clean, modern, presentable apartments. Nice (though small) rooftop infinity pool with beautiful views. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Mr Jawfer from concierge speaks perfect English, even the guard and service guy can converse in basic english. Its a perfect home away from home.”

“The beds were comfortable and toilets were clean. The staff was also very attentive. The place has been well designed but isn't maintained well. The walls were very dirty and we had a problem with a bad smell coming out of one of the toilets. They tried to fix it and had to give us another room, which didn't have that problem. Other than this issue, it was a decenr place to stay. An overall clean would do wonders for this property. ”

“Immaculate cleanliness, very spacious luxurious room. Its a little away from the bustle so it has a few advantages and drawbacks. Excellent value for money in what you get, really nicely appointed accomodation. Having a washing machine is also very convenient. Very enjoyable stay, would highly recommend! ”
