Springville Vacations

The beds were wonderful! The cleaning staff was super helpful when we needed clean towels. The 1 day we ate breakfast, we left as it was dirty with food everywhere and nothing stocked. We overheard the person working tell a customer when he asked when there would be more milk.."when I get to it:.

The hotel is a very nice place to stay. It's beautiful a quite grand! Understand though, there will be construction going on during the day as the entire property is being renovated. I would assume this would take years.

Nice old school hotel

Walking in the main entrance, the place looked nice, updated, clean etc.. checked in, was given directions to get to our room (rm 157). Walking through the courtyard area it smelled like entering a zoo pavilion it was awful. Entered into a dingy hallway that smelled like someone just smoked in. Entered the room and the furniture was in seriously rough shape! The bathroom sink and bathtub were peeling SO bad. Our room was missing a chair so there were just 2 double beds, upon sitting on a bed we noticed fresh mould all over the ceiling and the beds were so uncomfortable all you felt and heard were the springs in the mattress. We immediately decided this room was not for us. Went to the front desk and they couldn’t switch and informed us they were over sold for the night so we asked for a refund and they agreed to issue a refund. Kids were so excited for the pool and it was so cloudy. This place has a lot of potential but needs a serious remodel!

This hotel was a super last minute pick for us, the hotel we originally booked was absolutely disgusting so we asked for a refund and they were happy to give one as they had actually over sold for the night. Checked in here later in the evening with 2 young kids. Shortly after check in we enjoyed their pool. Breakfast was great in the morning with lots of variety for all. Would happily stay here again.
