the rooms are very clean and comfortable; the staff was pleasant. this was the second time we stayed in this chain and both were well worth the money although the breakfast had much more variety in the first one and was better stocked than the one in Springfield NY but all and allit was a good stay and I would book this chain Again

The room was comfortable, clean, staff friendly, very convenient location. The only complaint is that there was no closet, no hangers, that was inconvenient and don't understand the purpose. Otherwise all great. Breakfast and especially the coffee were great and well done.

All was great, staff professional, property and room clean, very convenient location. The only disappointment was that there was no closet, no hangers, was told all the rooms were the same, unclear why-have never stayed in a place that had no area or ability to hang clothes. Otherwise all great.
