Reviews mentioned the cookies in the lobby but they were pretty stale and crumbly . Staff was pretty cold and not welcoming. Location is very convenient to shops and restaurants. Hotel was what you would expect for the price point and we needed to bring our dog so options were limited . Nothing specifically great or bad just a place to rest for the night. Breakfast was fine food options nothing really stood out.

The hotel offers basic services at a good price. The room was clean and quiet. On check in the staff could not store my bags while I waited for the room to be ready. They could not check me in early without a 25 dollar charge. After check out I left items in my room and the staff would not safeguard them for me until I could return to recover them. The staff were never rude. They were following hotel policies that have nothing to do with hospitality. You get a clean, safe room at a low price for the area. That’s all you get.

The rooms are very spacious. The staff are okay. They do say good morning. Breakfast is good 8.5 out of 10. Wednesday's breakfast is bacon day and that's a 10/10. Parking is plentiful. Springfield Mall is right across the street if you don't drive. Also there is a bus stop right across the street. Also they have a shuttle that takes you to the metro and the last pick from the metro station is at 10:45 pm.
