Very friendly staff. Air conditioning wasn't an issue, we were comfortable the whole weekend. It's clear that some work still needs to be done with maintaining the property, but it's headed in the right direction. Would recommend to anyone.

The 2 days, I was there , there was not a person at the front desk. They had a camera and someone would come around the corner. At times I would see someone waiting 10 minutes for help. One of my associates said he had a cold shower. My water was just the opposite. I did not have cold water. The restaurant staff was very good. Very helpful and had great service.

The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. Our first night we had 2 tornado warnings, and they got us to shelter. Our room was clean and fresh, a little outdated but I dont hold that against the hotel. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, my kids loved swimming in them.

Booking was easy with Expedia. Hotel was nice, plenty of parking, staff at check-on were helpful and friendly. Coffee shop is a nice touch. Room on the 7th Floor had poor A/C and circulation, mentioned at check-in, no one could tell us if/when maintenance was coming or had came to our room before we came back from dinner and a comedy show (after 5:30pm and after 11:30pm). No hot water at 11pm at night and 6:30am in the morning which we thought was bizarre. Staff apologized with a shoulder shrug. Slightly higher expectations, but not too upset as we were just in town for a date night and needed a place downtown that was affordable and clean/comfortable.
