I stayed from Friday to Monday morning and I really enjoyed my stay housekeeping lady was very nice and Quinzel and this other guy that worked this morning not sure his name (4/20 a.m worker) he very nice, I will definitely stay here again probably even make it my stay when I come monthly to MA. This place is a short walk to the Big-E and reasonably priced (for April). It has good parking, and place looks well spruced up from outside. It was safe and comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and spacious. There were a few things that weren't that great, but they weren't things that bothered our stay too much. For us a clean, safe, convenient space near Big-E was all that mattered. The things that could be improved are (a) AC worked but so loud rattle that was distracting especially while sleeping, (b) in the 3 nights we were there, the rooms were never refreshed, no trash cleaned up (we didn't have much), amenities coffee, cups etc. not cleared and not replenished, towels not changed etc. (c) The remote to the TV didn't really work; we didn't really care about this. (note: without our feedback, they replaced the remote and left TV on!) (d) Trash bags were left right outside near the secondary access to the space and smelled something horrid, and the staircase up to the second floor weren't cleaned and railings were sticky.
