Clean room. Easy parking. Excellent customer service. Hot water with solid water pressure in the showers. Microwave and fridge were nice and quiet. Large TV. Many channels. Beautiful and clean bathroom. White sheets. Fluffy pillows. Comfy bed. I had to leave early so I could not have breakfast, but the lobby area was clean with no visible debris.

Lobby, including the breakfast area was clean and inviting. Room was clean. Bathroom was small. Room AC produced a fishy smell that overpowered the room, but not so bad that you couldn’t get used to it. Staff informed us that the breakfast buffet started at 6AM. That wasn’t true for the weekend. It started at 6:30AM. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. Elevator to second floor did not work. Fortunately we were on first floor. Toilet tissue and nose tissue were thin single ply. Maid service was provided only after 3 days unless specifically requested. That meant towels were used repeatedly. Access to Springfield area attractions was good.

Let's start with the positive, the beds were magnificent! So comfy and the room was very clean. Now for the down side, the hotel itself is sort of falling apart. The breakfast was just so-so. And the room walls were paper thin. The staff was amazing though.
