We only stayed for one night, but we found that the Inn exceeded our expectations. It was a beautiful historic site, and the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were as expected from the other reviews of the property. I was traveling with my daughter who has celiac disease, and the Inn was able to provide her with a lovely GF option for breakfast that was as delightful as the rest of the offerings. True GF options while traveling are limited, so this experience was a gem.

This is a special place to stay, tucked away in a part of the area that's very quiet (aside from the continuous rush of water falling over the old spill way) and yet easy enough to get to all the attractions of Northampton, Amherst, Hadley, etc. Charming and comfortable but not fussy, the decor an interesting "industrial chic" style, appropriate to the history of the place. The public lounge area is nice, lots of tables and chairs used for breakfast, which is simple but excellent: fresh scones, biscuits and serious local yogurt. Great coffee. The porch is delightful when it's warm enough, but I wish there was a better comfy reading area. Staff people were all helpful and friendly. We would certainly stay here again.

This is a quintessential New England Inn that is in a darling town. Super quiet, great views, and the management was super helpful. I was able to do my laundry for free while there overnight. Breakfast was good with local pasties and fruit. My only complaint was there were no protein options available. Overall, this was our favorite place we stayed on our 10 day New England trip. I would highly recommend a visit to The Old Mill Inn and community.

We love the Old Mill Inn! This will be our third stay and definitely not our last. We have stayed at several other places in the past, and definitely never will again after discovering Old Mill Inn! The women who run the inn are so warm and welcoming. They also have a new continental breakfast that consists of a wide array of home baked goods which were amazing.
