Room was clean, beds comfy, friendly staff and accommodating to our needs, handicapped parking. The buffet breakfast with even sausage, eggs, biscuit and gravy were much better than other places we have stayed. The lady who prepared it for the guests did a good job. Would stay there again.

This place we visit every year. We have been coming here for 15 years. The staff are Amazing!!! This place is my home away from home. Toni is the breakfast attendant and she really makes my morning every time im there. The staff were very knowledgeable and finding diffrent places to eat. The rooms are clean and pet friendly. This is very important for my fur baby. They even have fur baby picture list of all the regulars pets. Even a monkey stayed here. If you can I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Springfield Mo.

Good for people with animals as pet fee is only $25. They put us in a room close to the back door which was very convenient to walk my dog. Great area for dog to walk and play. Pool was fun. Room was nice and clean. You get a coupon for the restaurant next door. staff was helpful. parking was great too unfortunately i missed breakfast so can’t comment on that

Overall it was an ok place to stay. Pros: It is convenient to a lot of places. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Cons: Could hear the people in the next room, and the doors are loud when closing. It seemed people really liked to check in between 9-11 at night. Unfortunately, I also came home with a few bed bug bites.

The breakfast was good and the service was great. The elevator was brook so we had to change our room from 2 queens to a single queen. We don't do well in the same queen size bed so we didn't sleep well.
