The drinks at the roof top bar were by far the most expensive we had around there and by far the worse we've ever had. Couldn't even make a simple crown and coke. Tvs didn't work in the room. Very clean and friendly staff but wouldn't recommend the stay here.

There was only one valet at curbside and no luggage carts. There was no parking on the street or available lots so we struggled the stairs in the parking garage as the elevators didn't work ( my husband and I are 81 so it was not easy). Our room was not ready until 6:00 but they gave us each a drink coupon to compensate. When we finally got into our room we noticed that the bathroom floors weren't cleaned. I

The bartenders at the lobby bar and at Vantage were very attentive, super friendly and made perfect drinks. My room was very clean and they made it up every day which is refreshing. Will always stay here when I come to Springfield from now on.

Wow, blown away! What an excellent property, so beautiful and inviting. And friendly and professional staff, great food and cocktails, makes you want to hang out. Great location, we walked to a concert around the corner, lots of fun bars and restaurants close by. Street art, sculptures and murals, food trucks, was a pleasant surprise. I’ve been to Springfield many times and wasn’t aware of the cool downtown. Would stay again.
