The bed was not comfortable pillows was worn to flat; shower door would not stay closed water got on the floor each time I showered...the kitchen area was fine didn't use it. The staff and room attendants were awesome very friendly. The breakfast area felt really comfortable to sit to eat and enjoy your family.

Our stay was really good. Amazing staff and very clean. Breakfast was actually good. Only thing I would change is maybe adding a hot tub. Other than that, our stay was very good and the room was huge. Our room had an amazing view over the town.

We liked Homewood Suites so well the first time, taht there was little doubt where we would stay this time in Springfield. Spacious rooms, clean, staff was very courteous, breakfast was good. If we go to Springfield again for an overnight stay or longer, we'll likely choose Homewood Suites.
