I arrive a day early and was able to get a room . The room was excellent and available earlier than needed. The staff was very accommodating. The next day I was able to speak to a wonderful and professional staff member by the name of Alex at the front desk, who was able to get me my original stay room as soon as possible, this meant the world to me because I was traveling with a 18 month year old. Because of this I was continue my stay any Embassy hotel wherever I travel. But extra thanks to the Embassy location in Spring Field VA .

I have stayed at this location many times with no problem. This time I tried to call the day of my arrival. I was going to be arriving late. No one picked up the phone. My cousin was already at the hotel. She went downstairs and the clerk wasn’t doing anything but the phone was ringing off the hook. Her customer service was poor. She tried to tell me J hadn’t called earlier. Once I got to the hotel I went to the room and couldn’t get it. Maintance tried the lock and someone else was already in the room. The clerk changed my room. I spoke to Brandy as I checked out and explained the problems. She was very helpful.

Quick weekend getaway with my husband to attend a concert. Hotel was close to the highway and close to the venue. The free breakfast was great. Will definitely stay there again.
