Enjoyed this stay. Hotel was clean, lovely, and quite grand in appearance. Room was clean and quiet. The onsite restaraunt was nice, had great options and the bartender was amazing. He remembered me from the first night and what I wanted to drink. Easy to access downtown and close to anything you would want to see and do.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets were soft. The cleanliness of the room was not great. The bathroom floor was sticky, the tub had a stain over 40% of it and we saw a large bug skittering across the floor. Yuck!

The room was clean and comfy. And the staff were very nice. The carpet in the main corridor on our floor was ragged and had large gaps at the seams and the escalator was out of order going up. Parking was free and plentiful. There are restaurants that are walking distance, but be aware that all of the “sights” are a bit of a distance away (ie. Not walkable) since we had a car this wasn’t an issue for us.

The hotel was conveniently located for my trip. Room was clean but the drains were slow so had to stand in 4” water to shower and a sink full to wash my face. The bar/restaurant had specials and neither the Buffalo wings or the Bourbon drink was available when we got there at 7:30 PM for dinner. Our staff was OK but I a positive note. The breakfast was really good. The girl who was working, the breakfast area was an absolute sweetheart and made our stay a little bit more enjoyable. I would stay here again in a pinch but nothing fantastic.
