Everything from checking in, the hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, to the stores & resturants surrounding this hotel, also getting to & from the Big E was such a truly great experience. The hotel is super cute and modern. The beds and pillows were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. We drove But it's right next to shops and restaurants. I honestly can't say enough good things about our stay. It suited us perfectly and we had no complaints regarding cleanliness. I would absolutely recommend if you are headed to Springfield.
