The person who checked us in was very nice. The experience from there went south. The elevator was not working and we had lug stuff up to the third floor. The pool was also closed and out of order. Then to top it off, every one of the ice machines on each floor, out of order. The room had a weird smell, like stale cigarettes when we first walked in. We woke up the next morning to find an ant infestation. They were all over a cup of lemonade we left in the table. We also found a few in our beds. $170 for ants as and everything out of order.

The property is well kept on the outside. Upon arrival at the location, although it advertises a pool, there is not one that is in service. I arrive and checked in the desk. Clerk was very kind accommodating and helpful. However, the first room they placed me in did not have an air-conditioning unit/heating unit that was working properly. The desk staff immediately helped me by moving me into a different room and was very accommodating recognizing that I am disabled. My two concerns with the property are that number one they should not be advertising an indoor pool if it's not available for their guests (because the price point does not match one that does not have an indoor pool available) secondly, when I went to use the shower, there was genitalia hair left over in the tub from a previous guest.
