Our room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful!! So kind every time we spoke. The breakfast was your standard breakfast. We left full and enjoyed the food. Everything was clean and well stocked! My only concern was how loud the air conditioner was but once I fell asleep I was fine. I would stay here again.

The staff were polite, courteous, and helpful. The room and bathroom were average but very clean for this category of hotel. Housekeeping only occurs once every three days. We were told to place used towels and trash in the hallway if we desired replacement towels and trash bags. Neither occurred, and we had to go to the front desk each evening to ask for them. One night, they only had two clean towels for our family of four. 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM breakfast room was crowded and very mediocre with a sparse selection of food. The 24-hour availability of hot beverages in the hotel lobby was an appreciated amenity. Overall, the hotel adequately served the purpose of our five-day stay. Thank you.
