Hotel and room clean. Staff friendly, helpful, and efficient. Breakfast was not great, other than make your own waffle. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub/pool. They are in TERRIBLE need of updating. The bottom and sides have all the "paint" worn off, so in addition to being extremely unsightly it was very uncomfortable on feet and skin. It seems its a small task to fix (i dont really know).

Very clean rooms, excellent staff (especially Shawn), AMAZING breakfast. All the usual continental breakfast items plus waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage. Hotel could use a bit of updating (our toilet was quite noisy), but would definitely stay here again. Great value for money!

The pool was great. The walls are thin so you can hear the hall activity at all hours. The breakfast had lots of variety but the cooked items - gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties did not have much flavor. The room was clean, met our needs and we would stay there again.

Check in went quickly and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with several options available. We used the pool and hot tub and the kids enjoyed both. It was a really good value for the price and I would stay there again if in the Springfield area.
