Great location in Springdale, close to shops, restaurants, and shuttle service into Zion National Park. Family friendly, and great service. Highly recommended!

Amazing views of Zion ntl park. Rooms and staff were great. What a beautiful spot. Broken lock on pool gate so watch the kiddos. Lots of families were there. Nice big area for people to eat and hang out in.

I reserved this hotel more than 4 months ago. I got to the Hotel today, and the people at the front desk bluntly told me that they had oversold my rooms and they booked me another hotel. The hotel sent me an email 10 hours before the check-in and informed me that the had booked me another hotel. Since I drove halfday to get to Zion, I had no way of planning other options. Staff at the Hotel told me that the didn’t have to, but they did me favor by booking other hotels in town. My family of 4, of which 2 had mobility problems, had to move to 2 different hotels in Springdale. I ended up paying $375 per room for a two different 2.5 star hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay, spacious modern room, excellent breakfast in the lounge with great views of the mountains. A minute's drive to Zion Park, quiet and very clean.

Room service was terrible. We were told that the room would be made up every other day, but had to ask on day three. Even then, it wasn't cleaned and no toilet paper was provided. When I called the front desk to ask, I was given a runaround -- about toilet paper and towels -- and the attendant at the desk hung up on me. Gee whiz; just give me the goods.
