It was our first time visiting Zion National Park and I have to say, I could of not made a better choice in where to stay tow nights with my family. We loved the location in Springdale; close to Zion park entrance and short walking distance to all sorts of shops and dining options. We had a king bed and it was sooo comfortable! Perfect after long days hiking. I also appreciate the “dorm sized” refrigerator with an ice box area in it for freezing water bottles. The walk in tile shower and the nice pool and hot tub area with loungers, umbrellas and side tables were great! The check in was super easy as was check out. Would stay here again if going to Zion.

Rooms were clean and very very basic. The AC unit in the room was a bit loud and tired. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Parking is like any motel parking right in front of your room. We got back to the room early in the evening and parking was not a problem. Overall we would come back again because of the convenience to the park entry.

This is a really cute property. There was no live staff besides housekeeping in the morning. But you had a phone number to call ands text with and they were helpful through there. Bed was extremely comfortable! Carpet had a couple of stains. And the downfall was there isn’t an ice machine. Location was perfect! Walking distance from everything. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at the Petty Ranch Inn! The property has been beautifully remodeled, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. A special shoutout to Scott, who gave us excellent recommendations for places to explore around the area. One of our favorite unexpected touches was the complimentary bikes available for guests to borrow. We used them a couple of times during our stay and had so much fun riding around town. You can truly tell that the owners and staff care deeply about the property and the guest experience. The attention to detail and the effort they put into making every stay enjoyable and comfortable really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again! Our only recommendations: needs an ice machine and microwaves would be nice to have in the rooms so you don’t have to go to the lobby.
