I found The Petty Ranch a pleasant place to stay in Springdale as It’s very well located. The rooms are nice and clean but they are basic and offer no service during your stay. There is a good coffee shop on site.

The property was clean, well maintained, and very close to all the best food and shopping in town. Also very close to the shuttle stop, which made getting to and from the park very easy. The manager, Scott, was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. He provided us with a full rundown on the in’s and out’s of utilizing the Springdale and park shuttles, and gave multiple recommendations for food and entertainment which all exceeded expectations. They also provide free bicycles for all patrons to use around town. We would love to stay with them again, we cannot recommend this place enough.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us out when we arrived early. Very friendly, informative, and helpful. The location was a short walk to shuttle stop 4 making getting in/out of the park quick and easy. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Our room was comfortable, clean, and pretty. The only issues (minor) were no microwave in room and the pool area closed at 8pm.
