Clean, lots of parking, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast each morning. Great location for visiting Zion national Park. 1.5 miles from park entrance with shuttles stopping all day in front of hotel to take you back and forth to Zion. Springdale is a lovely town with the ability to walk to many restaurants and shopping. My views from hotel attached.

Clean hotel in a central location for visiting Zion NP and getting around Springdale. We liked that the town shuttle was easily accessible and that there were several dining options within a short walk. The staff was very helpful in helping us orientate and breakfast was good with several options.
