The room has water dripping from the ceiling. ( AC unit cover) we had to cover the floor with towels so we would not slip. Curtain liner was dirty and bathtub mat was going pushed in a shelf that was not visible after a
Taking a shower in a very slippery tub.
NO BACK Up Plan organization due to system being down. Finally after an hour wait went to a room that was occupied. Then going to another room s guest was assigned the same room and entered our room.
Our stay was very bad and stressful and feel we should get a refund or adjustment as a Honors member.

Currently limited parking. Staff was excellent! Terrance and Jackie were so helpful and kind to us at breakfast. Really was accommodating to the grandchildren.
