We had a terrific stay. The hotel is brand new and it is designed beautifully. We enjoyed the pool and the indoor games and fun seating. The breakfast was amazing!

The staff is superb at this hotel. The assistant general manager Ralph was excellent—made us feel welcome and was attentive to all our needs. Haven’t had such a good stay anywhere in a long time. Very clean and excellent breakfast too. So glad we decided to stop here.

Staff was courteous, yet warm and personable. Room was spotless. However, the wall art behind the front desk is hideous. If I worked for Hilton, I could not work at the front desk because the artwork would drive me to distraction or drink. Shame on you for subjecting your staff and guests to this.

A few things missing that we’ve come to expect from former hotel stays in general… A coffee maker in the room, which wasn’t a big deal, since you’ve got an excellent breakfast downstairs. No trash can in the bathroom, Kleenex was in a ripped open plastic bag (just looks a little slack), no clock in the room (I realize everyone carries a phone but it’s nice to see time when I wake up at night) Biggest deal for us was no dresser with drawers to put clothing in when you stay a week (have to work out of a suitcase, no fun!) Otherwise a nice enough place

Check in starts at 3;00. We arrived after 4;00 and our room was not ready. That staff member was not super informative, but was not rude. The hotel is new, so of course it is still pretty clean. The furniture in the room looks pretty cheap and the desk was not level. The lobby/ common areas look good and inviting. I have paid less for nicer, but this was convenient to our family for visiting.
