My family stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The apartment is pretty big with 3 rooms. The rooms are super clean. The hotel has an underground parking garage. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, very convenient. You do need a car to get to the hotel. Driving to the city center of Zurich takes about 30 mins.

It is good for family stay. The only thing bad is that there is no air-conditioning, they can say they use eco-friendly water-cooling system, but that can't replace actual air-conditioning. It will be a terrible stay during a hot summer time.

We checked out today. Yesterday, they did not do any housekeeping!! The breakfast was below average!! The reception closes at 11 pm and no telephone was in the room. We will not go there again !!

Hotel looks new. Staff was amazing. Three down notes though: parking is expensive, if you want to charge your hybrid or electric car in the garage they charge CHF 50 independent of how many kWh you use and, there is no real air conditioning in the rooms, as front desk explained “we only have a system that kind of keeps your room fresh but you cannot control the temperature”. If we were not tired I would have moved to another hotel because of the AC. Pillows aren’t good.

This hotel was very nice and new. Only issue i had was regarding the air conditioning. Switzerland AC is different than in the states so you barely feel it. i had to sleep with the balcony door opened the entire night i was there and one night i couldn’t sleep because of how hot it was.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel! It was our first trip to Switzerland and could not have been a more positive experience. The hotel itself was easy to find which is extremely helpful when in an unfamiliar country. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. It even had a small kicthen and the shower was large enough for 2 people! Certainly not like other parts of Europe. lol The rooms are specially insulated so you don't hear the other guests in their rooms and so also you don't need to worry about being too loud when you come back/are up late. There is easy parking on premises and a small market right next to it for convenience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Such a selection. What makes this place really stand out though is the excellent staff. As American tourists who don't speak the language at times it can be difficult, but here it really did feel like home. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the lovely Alina. We will definitely be staying here in future visits.

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und groß. Allerdings sehr schmutzig. Ich habe es reklamiert und konnte in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Allerdings war dort der Zustand nicht viel besser. Die Türen waren beschmiert, alles war sehr staubig und fleckig. Unter dem Bett befand sich eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Der Geruch im Zimmer war auch sehr unangenehm. Was ich hier hervorheben kann ist der Umgang der Teamleiterin an der Rezeption. Sie war sehr freundlich, verständnisvoll und ließ mich die zweite Nacht problemlos stornieren.
