Love this spot! Cute, clean, dog friendly and central to anything you would need or want to do! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our tv/cable and the receptionist came to our room and fixed the problem within minutes. Especially love the projector of vintage cartoons that plays once it gets dark out! Thanks for our second great stay, we’ll be back!

It is a very decent hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and everything works. Probably it's greatest asset is its location. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, downtown Spokane is right there. It is reasonably priced by my old man status, it's expensive but not stupidly expensive.

Nice clean hotel with wonderful staff. A bit noisy right by the tracks but really the rooms cut out the noise fairly well. It was a comfortable night’s sleep. The room was clean and updated. It did have a stuffy smell like a dog had been in there. The breakfast was a coupon at a local diner. Delicious! But do be aware the drinks at the diner are extra cost and it is a 2 block walk to the diner. Bummed the fitness facility was at a sister facility a few blocks away. I would definitely stay there again, just clarifying a few of the amenities listed.

We were a bit concerned with the hotel near the train tracks but it was actually quieter than some along main streets. The hotel provides ear plugs in each room although we never needed them. Location is convenient to downtown and riverfront park. Staff was courteous.
