My party had 2 rooms. The sheets in one room had not been changed, the towel rack was hanging off the wall and the walls were dirty. The other room had hair in the bathtub and crumbs on the floor. Both rooms looked run down and dingy. The common areas were clean and pleasant.

Nice staff, but the properties now well maintained. Very dirty, rooms smell terrible, carpets are filthy. Sketchy part of town, questionable people hang in the parking lot.

First room had dog hair in the bed and I cleaned towels. We moved to another room per request. The room was cleaner but still towels had long brown hair wrapped in it. And housekeeper guy was a bit creepy. Front desk was kind and accommodated our family for breakfast. Price is good for what you experience.

The water in the shower was hard to turn on. The faucet should be replaced. The staff placed me on the first floor which was convenient since I was traveling with a dog. I was also near an exterior exit. The staff was friendly and accommodating for my needs. He told me of places I could safely walk my dog. He was also very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. This hotel is located close to the highway and therefore has lots of outside noise that can be heard.

There was nothing special about the property. The front desk girl was good but doing everything by herself so check in was slow and, when we had an issue with the TV, we had to wait for her while she dealt with check ins and phone calls. I felt sorry for her. The breakfast was adequate, basic selection but well stocked. Issues were, there was no hand soap and no shower gel in the bathroom, the room was not very clean with dust hanging from the ceiling and grime around the shower tap. Beds were clean and comfortable but room furniture was very tired and the baseboards around the bathroom dingy and should be replaced, the room safe was on the floor unattached and anyone could have carried it off. Windows were dirty and bug screen shredded. Summary would be, front desk girl was great and breakfasts was reasonable but I would rate the rest of the hotel 2 out of 10. Who ever your current manager is they should be coached.

Not easy to enter from the east on Sullivan. We were checking in and the incidental fee upfront we were not expecting, normally motels ask for your card to pay for incidentals after your stay. The room amenties could use some TLC like the coffee maker was missing it's brewing basket, the dresser was missing a drawer, just little things that made the room and bathroom look like it wasn't taken care of well. Parking area was fine, Full Breakfast was good and I am glad the beds were not like sleeping on a soft rock and got two pillows per person. Convenient to food and shopping though.

We had a reservation elsewhere and upon arrival learned it had been double booked and we needed to find somewhere else to stay. Since we just needed a place for the night (about 10 pm to 6 am) we figured this would be fine. We did not have high expectations. We got an apartment style suite, which in itself seemed like a very good deal for the price. But the room itself smelled heavily of smoke and the floors were so sticky you could hear it every step you took. The shared hallway also smelled very badly to the point our 2 year old commented “this place stinky” when we walked in. Surfaces were visibly dirty. People were sitting in the parking lot with U-Hauls when we arrived at 10pm, and people were screaming at each other through car windows when we left at 7am. The vibe was not great. It got the job done in a pinch, but in the future we will either stop in Coeur d’Alene or continue a bit further into Spokane to stay elsewhere.
