The lady who checked us in was so kind and thoughtful. We stayed here for an early surgery check in the next day and she was very empathetic, wished my daughter well and was happy to help. Breakfast was great one of the best I’ve had for a hotel free meal.

This remains the only hotel we will stay at in Spokane. We were there the weekend of the fire and have nothing but huge admiration and deep respect for the staff. We felt valued and safe and were sad to go but aware of how lucky we were to be going home. Looking forward to coming back. We ❤️ the people of Spokane
