A fun get-away

We had a wonderful stay at Northern Quest. The room was very comfortable. Loved the amenities it had to offer. We stayed in a King Suite and it had a separate living area and separate bedroom area. The service was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly professional. The only thing we hoped to get was a late check-out at noon, but the hotel was full for that night so we had to check out at 11. Other than that, no complaints.

Booked my room thru expedia. the day i got there at check in they said they didnt have me booked there took them 15 min to find that they had my last name and first name mixed up. Was embarrassing cause i had other people with me. I had a confirmation number and everything.

The hotel was a perfect accommodation for what we needed. It was family friendly and clean. The downfall was the valet wait. I’m not sure if it was because of the construction, the packed hotel, or if it’s always like that. We chose to park ourself and it was much quicker and easier.

Hotel did not have our reservation when we got there. Staff at Liquid was amazing. Fatburger mgr was new and a bit rude when our 2 burgers took forever. Toilet was filthy in our room. We have stayed here before and it was amazing...this time not so much.

Memorable staff and great service

The staff was great, Tommy with guest services was especially commendable! They were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The complimentary valet made the travel very simple whenever we needed our car. The room services were amazing, they have a pillow menu! They also served us a delicious breakfast in bed and had all of the amenities available to us! Would highly recommend and with expedia the price was awesome!

It was a joke checking in . They gave us the wrong room then had to go back to lobby 4 times to get it right . Then she tried to make us pay more then once for my room . I asked for tools because my boys left them at the pool and never got them . Pretty bad service .

Went for a concert. Everything was top notch. Especially like the education part of the facility on First Nation people, the Kalispell in particular. Only negative was left a breakfast selection on door but never showed up.......very minor.

Weekend getaway with husband and family.

The hotel is wonderful, My husband and I come watch the super bowl game with family at the epic sports bar. They have a huge screen tv and tv’s every where. We have done that for many years now. Food and drinks are great.

Nice hotel with Casino, restaurants and concerts

We checked in with ease. We had to insert our room key for elevator (great security!) The hotel is gorgeous, as well as the room we had on 8th floor. The hotel staff was very unobtrusive, but attentive and pleasant. We stayed over one night to see Three Dog Night and ate at Fai's Noodle house. The food was great and our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful, since it was our first time at the Northern Quest Casino. I thought the concert was excellent, but also well organized; the security team was visible, but friendly! We're definitely coming back and will tell our friends how lovely the whole place is!

Get Away Weekend

The Resort was a great place for our getaway weekend. The room was top notch, and the dining facilities were clean and friendly, with great food. What my wife and I did not like is that we did not win any money gambling nor did anyone around us win any money gambling. We played for four hours and got in two bonus games on the machines. Because of that, it will be a while before we return to stay at Northern Quest. There are other gambling options with machines that seem to pay out at least once in a while.

Nice Local Escape!

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was clean, staff was great. Accomodations very nice. Great toiletries. All in all a good stay. Only thing I would improve on was room service. We called and received an answering machine which asked us to leave our name and room number and they would call us back. They never did. I called a half an hour later and got right through. Other than that, had a great time!
