Overall place was very good. Believe they sold “Well of Life Luxury” a bit. Just regular room. Modern amenities and clean. Great location in the city walkable to all attractions and restaurants.

I really like the property, it was clean, convenient and enjoyed my stay. The property manager, Sandra was very helpful with arranging for transfer to airport, great communicator—the whole check-in process was wonderful !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our beautifully well kept room. The room was immaculate and spacious, we also enjoyed having the small balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. The location is excellent and in easy walking distance to everything you need. Sandra provided excellent communication before and during our holiday, providing recommendations for restaurants and excursions and also arranged transfers back to the airport. We would 100% recommend Well of Life Luxury rooms, they are very well looked after and would definitely stay here again if we ever revisit Split - this was our first visit to Croatia, the whole area and scenery is stunning and it certainly won't be our last visit. Thank you for having us and making our first visit to Croatia a very positive one 😊

Sara was amazing. She was able to accommodate the extra ppl traveling with me. The rooms clean like a 5 star hotel. She also arranged transportation for us both ways. Communication was spot on with her. Loved staying here

The location was fantastic! Only a couple of minutes walk into the beginning of Old Town Split. There are restaurants everywhere within a few minutes of walking. Parking is available on the street and/or next door for a parking fee. The room was very clean and modern with a nice street view. There is a small grocery store across the street as well. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again. I will note that the street is quiet for sleeping except for one weekend night where the talking from a local cafe/bar in Old Towne carried on late into the night along with foot and car traffic down our street.

Very nice rooms but up 2 flights of stairs so would be a problem if accessibility is needed. Very close to a grocery store and lots of restaurants and the old town and marina are a short walk away. Parking is a block away in a city lot so it may take several minutes of circling to find a spot - 10 euros a day with the parking card provided.

The host was extremely professional and very communicative. They exceeded our expectations with the room's amenities - there were three of us ladies, and they had thoughtful items, like three shower caps/etc for us. The location was excellent. We checked in after hours, and it was seamless. Would highly recommend.

Well located modern apartment. Very quite even though right on the edge of the action. Public car park at end of the street. Supermarket across the street and several bakery’s nearby Old town very short stroll

Dette hotellet er et fantastisk sted, med flott beliggenhet nært gamlebyen i Split, og med meget god standard. Eierne er veldig på tilbudssiden og lette å kommunisere med. Lovely accomodation, excellent recommendation for those looking for a nice place to stay in Split. Our host (Sandra) was really helpful and very nice to talk too. We got lots of recommendations for restaurants, trips and beaches and she even helped us out with a last minute taxi towards the airport. The location is absolutely prestige, you have a supermarket and bakery not even 2 min away from the building and within 5-10 minutes you are in the city centre of Split. Also the busses for most trips and in general are just around the corner. All in all we had a wonderful experience and we hope to comeback in the future.
