This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the perfect area in Split. The room itself is lovely and the host has provided amenities to make the stay very comfortable. Right outside the door is the harbor with a beautiful promenade, restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again next time we are in Split.

Incredible unit! Absolutely loved the clean classy look and feel of the place. Bed, AC unit even felt incredible. Best part is the views of the water right from your unit! Great little gem on the riva. Couldn’t ask for a better location to the palace restaurants bars and shops. There are stairs but the room is and well appointed. Great service from the manager. Would highly recommend.

Roko was an incredible host and this property is exactly where you want to stay to be in the middle of all the action in Split. Walkable to absolutely everything. Yes it is on the main strip which gets busy in the day, but the suite itself is quiet and comfortable. Plus the rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. Views of sunrise and sunset. If we come back to split we will definitely be looking to stay here again and recommending it to all our friends. Thank you Roko for being such an amazing host!!
