The property is a typical small room European boutique hotel. The shower, beds, a/c, and cleanliness were great. The manager Tony helped us within minutes by carrying luggage up the four stories and a small battery issue with the safe. The location is fantastic to the old city and the bonus is the local market outside your door for very cheap meals and groceries and beer. This is a gem but stairs will keep you from gaining weight Ross from Ontario Canada

Property Manager went above and beyond for us. We had the big room with a balcony and we enjoyed sitting out watching the market or enjoying the water view.

Very helpful staff. Toni is a great help! Truly kind. You have to go up to the 4th floor by stairs. In the morning you can hear some noice from the cleaning of the other rooms. Room is great and very good location.

Wonderful stay in a great location! We were met at the parking lot where we could leave our car and walked directly to the room. Everything was perfect, in a great location, clean and tons of recommendations were given! Would highly recommend!

Loved our week here. Stunning place to be, perfectly situated for spending some time in the Old town of Split. The stairs aren't ideal but they keep you fit !

A pleasant peaceful room by Diocletian’s palace

Friendly welcome and help with luggage up all the stairs. Lovely well equipped room and a surprise bottle of wine in the fridge. Quiet room, comfortable beds and a good shower. A very pleasant start to our holiday.

The apartment is excellent, modern, clean, with exceptional views in an equally amazing location, right in front of the Silver Gate, at walking distance from the harbor, where we parked our car.

We had a lovely stay here. Toni’s communication before we arrived was excellent, messaging us whilst we were stuck in traffic to make sure we went to the right place. He recommended somewhere for us to have some traditional Croatian food, which was great. The rooms are a 10 minute walk from the parking, and up 7 sets of stairs, and there is no lift. In the summer heat this was challenging, but Toni couldn’t have been more helpful offering to help us with our bags. It was great to have the balcony room, overlooking Split, we used this lots. There is a supermarket, sandwich shop and bars all in the same block as the hotel. We’d recommend visiting Goudin Pigeria for food in the market just outside the rooms. Being located just outside the walls of Diocletian’s Palace meant we were close to the action of Split, but possibly a little quieter than staying inside the palace. If we returned to Split, we’d definitely stay here again.

An exceptionally clean and lovely room. Great view from the window. Tony was very helpful during our stay, even meeting us to carry our heavy suitcase up the stairs when we arrived. Room could not be more central yet was soundproof with window closed. Very comfortable bed, nice shower and a lot of wardrobe space to hang things. All in all a great place to stay, very reasonably priced for split and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean, safe and spacious room. Updated and very nice accommodation. The owner met me and carried my luggage up the stairs. Located on the top floor of the building. No elevator, so not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Brilliant sea view in central location

Brilliant stay in the sea-view room with a balcony. Great service, arranged reasonably-price airport transfer for us and met us at the taxi to show us to the hotel. Easy to contact staff via What’sApp. Gorgeous room with AC and amazing views, good amenities. The hotel is three flights up stairs, so be prepared to climb, but completely worth it if you’re able. Perfect central location within a two minute walk of everything. We even heard opera from our balcony in the evenings!

We had a very good start to our Croatian holidays with a pre arranged transfer from the airport through our host Toni and he picked us up at the taxi and guided us to the room with help to carry the bags up to the 4th floor. The unit is nice and cosy with a nice little balcony, overlooking the Market and the silver gate to the old city. We enjoyed the central location, the quietness and the hospitality. I missed a few little things, like a proper coffee machine, instead just a kettle and a little milk in the fridge for the first coffee or tea. A extra towel hook near the shower and maybe a small shelf in the shower to put down the shampoo. Be prepared to climb up the 4 floors. Special thanks to Toni

This property was just across the street from the Diocletian palace in Split and a 5-10 minute walk to the ferry harbor. The host was very helpful and carried my suitcase up the 4 flights of stairs. Very nice place to stay.

This hotel was in a convenient location just outside of the palace and walkable to everything. The host was friendly and helped carry my suitcase up the 3 or 4 flights of stairs. (There is no elevator). The rooms were comfortable but mine smelled a bit musty. The alley area where the hotel entrance is was a bit shady, and the main door look wasn’t working. I honestly would put this at a 3 star property rather than 4 but my stay was good.
