Comments for Luxury Suite: great decor, very clean and plenty of space. Gorgeous view and windows that open wide. Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice roof terrace. A bit of road and party noise from outside but not enough to spoil our night.

Room was nice with interesting decor and a beautiful sea view. However, staffing was very poor - receptionist who knew nearly nothing about the hotel or was so busy talking to friends in lobby to not acknowledge us. Site claimed breakfast available but not the case. Instead a voucher system for a nearby restaurant but, again, the receptionist was unable to explain how the vouchers worked.

Front desk stay was barely civil. At one point she waved me away. Room smelled like a freshly smoked cigarette. Shower door leaked so foot towel was completely soaked. Would not stay here again. Cleaning staff were very friendly

A few nights in Split

The location of this hotel is great! Can walk everywhere within a few minutes to restaurants, shops, Diocletian palace, etc. Our suites were different, despite same cost. One had a kitchenette and the other did not. One had great views, the other had views of a trash yard/rooftop. The hotel was nice… maybe a little pricy for what you get.
