The lady working there was very busy, but still very welcoming and friendly, she gave me a free drink on arrival and offered me a bottle of water on departure, and the room was cosy and comfortable. And the view from the balcony really was incredible - they're not lying when they say they have the best view in Spiez!

With views of the mountains and lake Spiez is itself a beautiful place. It is also well-connected if, like me, you are travelling by train. The hotel made this a very convenient, comfortable and successful stop-over with a special commendation for the breakfast.

This was a very lovely, clean and safe hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The cafe and meals were delicious. The view was breathtaking. The hotel was close to the train station, restaurants, shops, and not far from the bay where you could take boat rides. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
