I loved this stay because it has an amazing view of the lake and mountains and because it felt like home! Positives: comfortable beds, spacious, kitchen and laundry available, cute decor, great breakfast, helpful staff. Staff recommendations to eat at Restaurant Krone was right on! We took advantage of the Thun area card at the Oberhofen castle, boating on Lake Thun, and visiting StBeatus Cave & waterfall, and Panoramabrücke in Sigriswil. Negative: for us, nothing! Some people may not like climbing stairs to their room but that’s why it has a great view.

The lady working there was very busy, but still very welcoming and friendly, she gave me a free drink on arrival and offered me a bottle of water on departure, and the room was cosy and comfortable. Nice hotel. Conveniently located. The spaces were very clean. Within walking distance you will find many good dining options. Breakfast was ok, but nothing exceptional. As a guest you will receive access pass to a fitness facility located in a building a couple of meters down the road. The staff was friendly.
