“Lovely boutique hotel with a great location close to the train station. Very well kept and modern. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room not working. After an hour of changing the thermostat when we got to the room it hadn’t lowered at all. We went down to the desk to ask about it and they went onto a laptop to adjust something and said it was fine. An hour later it was still unchanged and uncomfortable but the reception had closed for the evening. We phoned and sent a message...

“El hotel tiene un gran problema y es que no se puede llegr al centro de Madonna caminando sin ir por la ruta que es peligroso. Son tres cuadras. Ademas fuimos 6 personas ocho dias y al retirarnos por una gran nevada no funcionaba el omninus, fuimos mal tratados por el personal jerarquico del hotel para conseguir un taxi a Trento”
