It is in a nice location. The rate is very fair for the space and privacy. It is much nicer than a hotel room. Having a usable kitchen is a big plus.

Parking was right at my door. Nice walking path at the end of the street that follows the small river. A few parks along the path, deer, turkeys, and ducks were also sharing the area.

Very clean and cozy little cabin in a cluster of cabins near the university. We only slept there one night, but there seemed to be cooking utensils for a simple meal. There were no instructions for the heating and cooling units, but we figured out one heater which was fine for the whole cottage.

Very nice cozy cottage for a long weekend in Spearfish for the Fall colors and sightseeing. Just a few minor issues and overall the place was just what we needed. Th information they gave us to self check in with the keypad was a bit confusing and different so we had to call. They were helpful and we figured it out in a few minutes. It seemed like there were quite a few cobwebs and spiders. It wasn't dirty by any means but may not have had a thorough cleaning for a while.

The cabin was pretty much what we expected. It was comfortable and well located. We slept well on the comfortable bed. The towels were soft and absorbent, but we only had one hand towel and wash cloth. The decor was attractive and we really liked the hardwood floors. The kitchen was adequately supplied. In the bathroom we found the sink challenging because of its small size. The shower was nice. Some extra shelving or a small table would be very useful. Wifi was weak and many occasions we needed to reconnect. This affected the TV as well. Overall we enjoyed a pleasant stay.
