This is our third time staying here and the room is always extremely clean. That is one of the main reasons we stay here. Also, we always have had a ground floor room which is very convenient.

Staff was very welcoming. Clean room. Very basic. Room stayed cool, which is important for middle of summer, especially since pool wasn’t open. Could have used coffee in the lobby and breakfast wasn’t available. Would stay again

It was very dirty and smelled terrible; because of these downsides, I couldn't see any positives—they simply weren't visible.

First of all they wanted to copy my Drivers license which I polity said NO and because it was a third party booking they didn't copy my licence. When I asked for more towels they must of thought I was going to steal them, because I had to turn in you dirty ones before they would give me clean ones. I normally do stay in a Patels hotels but I had no choice this time, My lawyer said not to ever give them my licence to copy,,, EVER

Breakfast was barely non-existent. Waffles and toast. House cleaning kncones on our door all morning until we left at checkout at 11. Thin walls can hear everything in the hotel. No body at the front desk to check out. Would never recommend.

The check in process was great. The room was awful. There was a terrible smell in room 107. I think something must be dead under the mattress of the metal bed frame. Speaking of which, every time we got up off the bed, the frame would make a loud popping noise which was terribly disruptive when you're trying to sleep. My feet were black from walking on the floors.

The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous. No choices and the couple of things they did have were stale and expired. Coffee was like tinted water. Ended up driving to Waffle House instead. The people in the room next to us partied all night as loud as they could and staff refused to do anything about it. Ended up checking out at 3am because we obviously weren't going to get any sleep and someone hit my truck with a beer bottle that broke my windshield - again - staff couldn't have cared less. Horrible stay - I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone unless they buy and sell drugs - they seemed to have plenty of that going on.

The Wi-Fi was terrible I let the staff know twice that I could not get any service in my room and nothing was done about it and so with that being said I was not able to complete the work that needed to be done on my laptop. But ad says free Wi-Fi and there was none
