The staff was phenomenal. When our room wasn’t ready (we were early) the staff allowed us to drink our own wine in their lobby while we waited. They even opened it for us and brought us glasses. The hotel is luxury mixed with a phenomenal location. Their hotel parking is very reasonable and the access to the spa is very accommodating to those staying in their hotel.

European motorcycle tour

The hotel was a two night base for a motorcycle tour of the area, we had a very slow check-in, the breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of selection to choose from. The staff were helpful and polite.

Love this hotel. They are undergoing a big renovation, so the bar was closed and the restaurants was limited on space. The lobby was under construction. Other than that, it was a lovely hotel. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back

This hotel is spotless and conveniently located with direct access to Thermes Spa via an attached Fernicular, daily housekeeping was amiss and not as advertised and when I brought it ro the front desk's attention all I recieved waa, would you like some new towels, i can give you some new towels but theres is nonhousekeeping at this time

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel, and as usual the facilities were good, although the check in experience was disappointing as we had to wait over 90 minutes after the check in time for our room to be ready. It appeared this was because new TVs were being fitted to the rooms, but there did not seem to be any priority given to getting the rooms ready for those people who were trying to check inn.

We arrived to the hotel to be told they had no twin bedrooms despite ordering one. We then where asked to wait & given 2 complimentary drink vouchers. In the end we had to have a smaller room to get twin beds. We then went to the bar & had to wait nearly 10 minutes to be served despite no one else waiting the staff just ignored us to be then told we couldn't have the drinks we wanted with the vouchers just softdrinks, beer or coffee. Once to the room it was clean and nice to sleep in but I was hoping the new owners would improve service from before - it seems not so we shall not be looking to return.

Pleasant room with lovely view. Very well situated. Access to the funicular a real treat. Good range of food options and super breakfast. Staff all very friendly but poorly trained and managed. We were variously told that we could/could not have a kettle; could/could not use the new terrace area at all; could/could not have a drink there; could/could not have a meal there. Room service unreliable - we were missing towels, bathmat, toilet roll on different days. Muzak in the public areas was absolutely deafening.
