Great place to stay and I especially love the full apartment amenities. I also love how close all the Rene parka are. This will be my place to go every year just because of the great convenience mentioned above

I was given my first room went up, 11 floors, to find it in TOTAL disarray. Kitchen cabinets open bed in everywhere and I stopped looking. After returning to the lobby, with luggage in-tow, I was given a second room on the 10 floor. It was clean that night, upon my return for my second night I found the room had not been touched. No new towels, bed was still unmade, etc. Being tired I just lived with it. When checking out I told the front desk of my unmade room. The reaction was priceless, shrug of the shoulders and not even an apology. I will not be back.
