Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon checking in we found the room door standing open which we thought was odd. Then once in the room we found the mattresses to be very dirty, they allowed us to change rooms and these mattresses were better. Overall the stay was OK.

Scott at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. My so. Had an unfortunate injury, and I requested an earlier check-in to help him get ready for a wedding. Scott was super helpful and got us checked in. Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the staff at the front desk were lovely. The gym equipment worked. Cons: The rugs and drapes were stained in my room which was kind of gross and the fact that the window didn't open was a problem because the room smelled badly and there was no way to air it out. It is basically sitting on top of the highway and there is nowhere to walk outside the building without getting in your car - it is right on an industrial/commercial intersection so it's not peaceful. The breakfast was pretty gross. Summary: I cancelled the last night b/c I didn't want to stay there, and I had great weather, so I left at 9 am and didn't come back until 10 PM the day I was there, which made it "fine." The bed was super comfortable so if you are coming to shower and sleep, it's a good deal. If you come and it's raining or you need to hang around the hotel at all, that might stink.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay with our dog. The room was clean and extra spacious (500sq ft!!) The bathroom is clean, well maintained and well stocked. The breakfast tastes great with many choices. I like the way they prepared the eggs and the self-made waffles was delicious.The layout of the building is well thought-out with elevators located in the perfect location for customers with lugguges. I particularly find the "weather station" a fun and special-touch to the place which brings smiles to all the visitors.
