The front desk guy when I checked in was absolutely amazing with his professionalism and he was just the sweetest which is super rare these days! His kindness was very much appreciated! The room was clean, the carpets could use a deep cleaning though, there were some questionable spots, but I always bring slides to wear. The pool was nice to enjoy, but could use a good chemical shock for sure as it was super cloudy the second day we were there. All and all it was a nice stay and get away for the weekend. Nicely located to all we were doing. There is road construction which was a little annoying to get in and out but that’s not the hotels fault.

Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon checking in we found the room door standing open which we thought was odd. Then once in the room we found the mattresses to be very dirty, they allowed us to change rooms and these mattresses were better. Overall the stay was OK.

Scott at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. My so. Had an unfortunate injury, and I requested an earlier check-in to help him get ready for a wedding. Scott was super helpful and got us checked in. We didn’t plan on having to drive our 21 year old son 3 hours away, and spending the night, but we did and the Comfort Suites team went above and beyond to exceed our needs. Thank you
