“We were very disappointed after reading glowing reviews on this site, we experienced quite the opposite. Upon pulling into the driveway, we ran over a hose that was left out. Upon arrival, the back porch was cluttered; the reception area was dirty and disorganized; appearing unprofessional. The room we were assigned, room 2, looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while.
