Took forever to check in

This was not a fun or great experience! I booked this room for me and my wife 1 year wedding anniversary and all the things I was promised and told that would happen did not happen. Then when I made them aware what didn’t happen I was promised again it would after we returned from dinner and it still was not. I wanted to surprise my wife and we both were highly disappointed!!

Well renovated hotel and the rooftop cocktail bar was a nice addition

The hotel is nice and well maintained but they do have a significant amount of hidden fees which is fairly off-putting.

Exceptional Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Welcoming! I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn! From the moment I checked in, the staff were extra pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth visit. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. It’s always a relief to check into a hotel that takes such great care of its spaces. I truly appreciated the top-notch hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great experience: hotel was clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool and gym area were in good condition and the hot breakfast was perfect for all of us to get fuel to start the adventures of the day.
