I stay two nights It’s was very good trip And the hotel was very nice and clean I chose family room I thought it’s small But when I opened the room it’s was very big very nice Even they put coffee table with two chairs Even my children have a good space On the Room Plus the hotel smell very very nice All the time if I go there I will choose this hotel Thank you very much for your nicely with us

Basic clean rooms but fine if you are planning on being out most of the time. Family room was spacious with a great view of the pier. Excellent location for seafront attractions and high st shops. We ate breakfast in Tomassi's which is 3min walk away. Decent hotel

Lovely hotel, really nice rooms and amazing view of Southend pier. Very nice friendly staff. My only negative point is that breakfast is overpriced and cold be improved. Would definitely still go back though!

Amazing location and the staff go above and beyond. The carpets definitely need updating throughout the hotel as had some bleach stains on them but the bedding was fresh and clean, as were the toilet/bathroom areas and the food was great.
