The staff was very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice enough and convenient. Shuttle to airport was also convenient.

A special shout out to the staff. Request for disabled guest properly met...maybe all good except for the mop lady in the hallway early in the morning!

The hotel itself was nice and close to things but We stayed there because it was close to the airport and I called to check how much parking was a gentleman told me it was free the first night and then additional parking was 5$ a night so we canceled are reservation at park n go but then get to the hotel another man says that’s it’s 15$ a night and 5$ for the first night so we decided to still do it but he neglected to say we needed to put our name on a list or put us on a list for a shuttle he gave us the paper for our car window and that was it . We were taking and wanted to know the times the shuttles leave because he didn’t say so we called down to the lobby the women answered and told us they run every 30 mins but we needed to be on a list and so she added us but she neglected to say we needed to be in the lobby 10 mins before we got down there right at 6:29 and the shuttle was gone had just left and would not turn around . We had to cancel are payment there and run to parking spot right next door and thankfully they could take us or else we would have missed our flight to Costa Rica . I did not appreciate the mis communication and rudeness from the lady that morning . This was on 3/13 . They refunded the money for that but only after I called a couple times so the lady knowingly just didn’t cancel it even tho we didn’t stay there with our car . I won’t be coming back just because of all that .

Pros: very large room, quiet, friendly staff, pool, breakfast (convenient but very basic); Go Port pickup spot for cruise port, lots of nearby restaurants to get dinner delivered since we didn't have a car Cons: Carpet in the hallway and our room was dingy and stained with multiple bleach stains on hall carpet; stains on furniture; mattress did not suit us/uncomfortable Overall: fine for one night

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. However, the carpet in the hall and room needs to be replaced.
