I have stayed at this hotel now for 3 or 4 consecutive years. The hotel is now under new ownership and in my view they are just beginning to sort out how to run it and staff it. The hotel front desk is mainly staffed and managed by friends and family right now. The new owners have made extensive changes to the door locking mechanisms on all the rooms, which is impressive. The rooms are clean and the new policy of asking those with longer stays, if they want their room cleaned or fresh towels etc. on a daily basis was appreciated. We opted for weekly cleaning. The hotel is pet friendly. We had our cat in the room with us and it was fine. Parking is convenient outside the rooms. Room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and plenty of outlets, although wi-fi was a bit patchy. I will be definitely looking to stay at this hotel again, next time I visit my family. As the hotel is very conveniently located near Route 495 which is a major artery around the Boston suburbs. The hotel is right behind Cumberland Farms, which is convenient for gas and good breakfasts.

This spot is great! Basic rooms but very clean and staff is very friendly and efficient. The only drawback for me was thin walls so sound definitely carries btwn rooms. Made me very conscious about my tv volume. There are a few things that could use some freshening up but, for the price point, they didn’t really bother me. I’d definitely stay here again!

It's an inexpensive night stay that does the trick. The room was clean, had all necessary things working, plenty of towels and soap, too. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They had an inside air conditioner to help control overheating, evidently an HVAC issue but I didn't care - price was very good.
