The property is located right next the marina and had a wonderful sunset view over the water. We were upgraded to a suite, which had a bath in the bedroom and a large balcony. The HARBar on the 6th floor served wonderful food.

This was a beautiful property, beautiful room-spacious and very comfortable with a lovely harbor view. We ate at the casual restaurant on premises for lunch on arrival and breakfast the following day. A little overpriced, but expected that. Food was good. Staff very accommodating for transfer to cruise port.

We had a Deluxe King Marina View suite #405. The room is gorgeous and the deck is amazing. Wished we stayed longer than one night to enjoy it. Will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Southampton.

A beautiful room with extremely comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom too. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It would be a pleasure to stay again.

We have stayed at the Harbour hotel on a number of occasions, as well as many other hotels in the area. The hotel is in a great location, has a pool and spa, and in our opinion is the best hotel in Southampton. That said, the room we were allocated appeared to be an apartment rather than a hotel room. It had a full-sized kitchen, but most appliances had been disabled, but the room had little cupboard space for hanging clothes. As we were staying for 4 days, this was impractical. The room also didn't have a phone, so we had to use our mobile to phone reception.

We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is a must try. We landed in Sun and had the luck with the Sunday roast. Tender roast beef, crispy Yorkshire pudding plus lots of veggies. It's a great place for watching the beautiful sunset. We will definitely come back for another cruise starting Southampton.

The hotel is beautiful, well located, the rooms are nice, big and very clean. We had breakfast at the hotel. Excellent food. One draw back, was they promote shuttles to the cruise port. But it’s at a first come first served basis to book. We arrived at the hotel at 1330 hrs and all the shuttles had all been booked. They were nice to reserve a cab for us. The cab ride was a fixed 10 pounds to the port.

Great friendly professional staff. In a great location with bars and restaurants just outside. Ate in the 6th floor restaurant which had great views and quality food. Mention to Stefan concierge who helped with our questions.
