This hotel was a five star and above. Staff were beyond helpful, and food for breakfast was delicious and hotel itself was quaint. Loved the boutique style vibe and charm. This was a great choice. This "boutique style hotel" is awesome. The staff go way above and beyond. The rooms are exquisite.We stayed here twice to this month, and both times were excellent. The hotel is close to the cruise port.We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Southampton.
